What's with your parking
lot?
The parking lot next to us has been fenced off, we
apologize. This space was sold and fenced some months ago.
Parking is allowed on the street in front of our building as well as
in the small lot behind our store. If you are picking up
larger orders, please park in the alley on the side of the building
and we will load your order for you.
What are your hours?
8:30am - 5pm -
Monday - Friday
After hours by special appointment only. Every effort will
be made to stay late or come in early to accommodate your needs.
How come you have so many different catalogs?
We work with multiple manufacturers in addition to offering
custom products.
We constantly add and take items out of our normal stock, making it
inefficient for us to print one catalog. We feel one catalog
would not offer you the full scope of what we offer or are capable
of.
I want to start an awards program for my company and track
the monthly winners. Where do I begin?
The best place to start is by going to our
Airflyte Catalog and
clicking on plaques and then looking for the category Perpetual
Plaques. These will give you an idea of what is available as
far as how large you'd like the overall plaque to be. The next
decision you need to make is how many years you'd like a plaque to
be good for? 1 year? 3 years? Your choice. These
plaques are highly customizable, so if you have an idea that isn't
in the catalog, please
contact us.
I want to incorporate our logo into an award. How do
I send you artwork?
Two ways to send us artwork are:
1.) Email computer artwork to
art@rebelstrophies.com
Preferred artwork types are: .cdr, .ai, .eps,
.tif, .pdf, .jpg (high res)
2.) Bring or mail artwork to us.
What you see is what you get.
If it looks like the dog stepped on it with wet paws,
that is how it will likely
turn out on your piece.
Unlike most companies, we rarely pass on an artwork setup charge
unless a major overhaul is necessary or you'd like us to rebuild
your logo from the dog disaster described above.
How long have you been in your current location?
30 years. Family owned and operated out of the same
